Practical phone for people who need a reliable corded landline as I do.
Love the big button feature. very nice phone!
Great product for the price .. and has a speaker button for extra convenience for senior citizens. I would highly suggest purchasing an extra long cord for the handset though. The one that is with it is just too short and too rigid. If you are standing up when you answer the phone .. the base will lift of the surface it rests on.
Bought this phone for my mom as she has a hard time seeing buttons and she loves it
Sound quality is great and the extra large buttons make it easier for my elderly family member to use the phone independently.
Loud speaker is trash and the ring is very low even on high. Only reason I'm giving it a one is because the handheld speaker is fairly decent.
This phone is so flimsy, I can't imagine anyone actually being able to use it. It's too lightweight and the phone cord is too short. I couldn't even put it together though, because there was nothing but a hole where the telephone line connector should have been. It's more like a toy than an actual communication device. I sent it back. I'm going to get something else.
When it arrived it was broken and the telephone wall jack was to short (about 6inches long) to reach the plug in from a nightstand.
The phone jack is broken. Please see attached photo.
that phone is a joke, it's light weight, u couldn't hardly hear on it . this is very, very cheap made, it was for my mom which is 85yrs old.she didn't want. I brought 100% better at best buy, she love it, it's louder, heavy.
