I purchase these to give in gift boxes to underprivileged girls 10-14 years of age, through Operation Christmas Child. They are a good quality beginner sewing set, once you add thread and some material, you are all set.
It was everything I needed. There was one thing broken the threader the reat was fine
Beginner is exactly right. I hoped it would have been a little more advanced but it does the job. I'm making sock dolls for my granddaughters and it is working out fine.
I was disappointed in the scissors. They are difficult to use and do not cut fabric well.
