works as expected for my specific needs
What's not to like about a rubber-band? Nuttin' these are very good__EXCEPT I bought the wrong size. When I put letters in the outside box for the postman I always put them in a plastic bag with two rubberbands. Well this is South Florida and likely as not we get rain in the afternoon; so idiosyncratic well maybe but the checks stay dry!. To get to the point the 3&1/2" size would be a better fit and not bend the letters, but This ol'Southern~Gentleman will make do..
Got these for a project and their were very supportive.
I have used the 117B size rubber bands on files folders for years. They are sometimes sold as "File Bands". I use them for so many things now at home I was happy to see a large box of them. To keep my Food Saver vacuum sealer box closed during storage, and the same for several other pieces of cooking equipment
These rubber bands are used for several things. The elastic properties last a long time. Perfect size.
Just what I was looking for
One would be surprised how many Rubber Bands come in a 1 lb. Box! Alliance has always been a good brand.
Rubber bands broke easily and thinner than expected.
The worst rubber bands ever. 80% break while putting them on and another 10% broke within 24 hours.
