It's been very nice! I have a good mattress but it's a bit too firm to sleep on my side so I tried this out and it's really done the trick. I can sleep on my side without getting sore shoulders. It's also pretty cool feeling which is nice in Los Angeles, a place known for being very warm. The instructions said when it arrives to let it sit out for 48 hours to expand fully but I found that it expanded all the way in a couple hours. I also didn't experience the chemical smell that comes along with a lot of these types of materials when they're new. It was faint but went away fast. I purchased this bed last night March 8th, 2020! I am in love with this mattress. It is so comfortable and cozy. I didn’t roll around, I don’t even recall waking up in the middle of the night. This bed really satisfies me and it brought me so much comfort in just a matter of hours! I love it !!!!!
My mattress was a little too firm, resulting in upper back and shoulder pain, as I am a side sleeper. I added the Allswell topper at a very reasonable price and since then I have been pain free in the mornings. It does not sleep noticeably hotter for me.

The cool touch is AWESOME when you first touch it. It doesn’t seem to stay cool after you’ve been on it a while. My hip and back pain are GONE! It does feel a little harder to get out of being 4 inches of padding, but I had a tempurpedic under it, so I’m used to that. Recommended!!
Summary: All around great mattress topper. Didn't realize how much I needed a mattress topper until I received this one. The topper is extremely comfortable and leaves me energized after a night of sleep. The biggest surprise was the relief in back pain. After a week or so of use my typical morning back pain was almost gone. I believe this was due to the combination of high-quality memory form and the infusion of copper gel. I’ve read great things about the use of copper gel and was highly skeptical of the benefits until I used it myself. The two things I didn’t love about this mattress was the chemical smell and how hard it was to put a bed sheet over it. The smell went away in a few days, so it wasn’t a big deal. I wish the edges of the topper we’re rounded in such a way that I could easily put on the bed sheet. I highly recommended this mattress topper. The mattress topper is really great, it’s cool touch and when I say cool I mean cool. My topper arrived a little damaged missing a large piece off of once side, guess either during packing or rolling up someone torn it that was my biggest issue. We ordered this mattress topper to help add comfort to our basic double-sided Queen mattress, and that's what it has done. It arrived quickly with no delivery charge from our Walmart.com order, and we followed the included instructions for opening the box and allowing the mattress to expand from rolled up to its normal size for sleeping on. The mattress added 4 inches of height to our bed, but our Queen sheets still fit pretty well! That was one concern we had. When we get on the mattress, it does feel cool to the touch, even through the sheets, which is great for both of us because we have a tendency to feel hot. And we don't sleep well when we're hot. The value for this mattress has been good so far, and we hope it will continue to last well as time goes by. We do plan on rotating it like we do a double-sided mattress to try to help it wear more evenly over time. We have been sleeping better so far than we were with just our basic mattress, and we hope that continues! Very satisfied so far!
so we have had this topper a short time and it's very comfortable but it's only cooling if you lay directly on it, once you put a fitted sheet on the coolness goes away. Also, the top layer of it runs off while sleeping and makes balls of gel like and the stick to the inside of your sheets and you feel them while sleeping. I changed my sheets and had to vacuum the entire topper, absolutely horrible for the price!
Tried two different King toppers, both with the same results. Hard lines from folding that would not smooth out and remained mis-shapened. Gave the second topper 6 days to expand to full size and it did not.
