I received the Allswell AQUACOOL Memory Foam Pillow, Standard Queen (16 x 25 x 5.5) in exchange for this review. The one I received has a well made light blue cover with blue piping around it and a zipper closure. The fabric used for the cover is a nylon material that has a soft and very smooth feeling. This pillow has a cool feel to it and it has many little holes in the foam that seems to help with venting of heat produced by your body. It seems to have a medium type support not too firm and not too soft. I really found it to be comfortable and didn’t need an extra pillow, this one was enough. While the pillow is not washable they advise to spot clean only, the cover is machine washable and dryable for easy care. All in all this is a very comfortable pillow that seems to me to stay much cooler than my regular pillow and for me is just the right level of firmness to help me go to sleep and the added coolness keeps me from tossing and turning the pillow over and over throughout the night like I usually do.
This pillow is the absolute best I've ever had. I love that one side of it is cool. The pillow is about 3 inches high. It holds its shape very well. The first night i used it i fell in love with it. It must have a gel in the one side to keep it cool. If it's hot out or you have a fever that side would be great to use.
I bought cooling items before that didn’t feel cool. This Allswell AQUACOOL Memory Foam Pillow acted like it indicated it would! Exactly what I needed. I'm often a warm sleeper, but prefer to have a cool pillow. This one is terrific. I had 2 pillowcases on it and squished it for comfort and it stayed nice and cool all night. It goes back to shape very quickly but is soft enough to be adjustable yet not too soft, so it's supportive. It wasn't too cool or cold either. Ideally, it would be slightly longer (queen versus standard) and more adjustable like the pillows with comformable memory foam (chunks/pieces).
I wasn't sure what to expect from this pillow. But its absolutely perfect in every way. Its soft and super cool against your skin. I sleep with it. It feels like memory foam bit more squishy. I also appreciate the removable washable cover. Very well made pillow. Highly recommend!
My husband had been restless at night and snored for the past few weeks and he tried this pillow and it has been the most quiet sleep he has had in a very long time. The pillow forms to your head and neck and is actually a comfortable sleep. I am going to get myself one as well. I like that the outside cover has a zipper so it can be washed since the actual pillow cannot. I just wouldn't stick it in the dryer after washing. Let it air dry.
I’ve tried quite a few of these pillows and this one is by far the best. Not too firm, very comfortable. It comes with a zip cover so you can wash it and the foam has mesh over it, something other foam pillows didn’t have and they started coming apart so I really like that. Overall an excellent pillow, worth purchasing.
I had my doubts but this is an amazing pillow. The weight of it threw me off but it is so soft and pliable. The memory foam gently supports your head without being too firm. It is perfect for a side sleeper but I tried it on my back and it was not too firm for that either. And somehow, it is amazingly cool. It is also very supportive if you put it behind you to sit up in bed. This pillow comes with a silky zippered cover for easy washing. My husband has now claimed this pillow and he is sleeping better than ever. I will have to get another one.
Allswell Aqua cool pillow is so comfortable and it actually stays cool! I've had this pillow for some time now and it hasn't went flat, it's easy to wipe clean or wash the cover when needed and it keeps me cool. The pillow is about 2 Feet wide and 14 inches in length. The foam material keeps my neck and back feeling comfortable, after work I actually look forward to relaxing with it. The cooling technology and quality is definately worth it, highly recommended!
I really like this pillow it's comfortable for my head and stays cool. It it flatter than I usually like which is why I gave it only 4 stars. I also have Casper pillows, see photo for height comparison. This is probably good for side sleepers because it's not too high. It is dense and conforms well.
The Allswell Aquacool Memory Foam Pillow does as it claims - it stays cool. I have a problem with pillows becomming too hot due to my body heat, and I flip my pillows over constantly through out the night. The Allswell Aquacool stays cool. It is soft and comfortable. Your head sinks down softly, a little into the pillow. The pillow is flexible and can fold in half easily if putting a sham on, then it plops back into the original shape. I chose the queen pillow and it fir the cases and sham perfectly. I have owned the pillow two weeks. There is a slight chemical odor that has not yet dissipated. I feel over time it should.
