Super soft and comfy but holds its shape. A little heavier than you would expect from a down pillow which I love, it gives it more substance and makes me think they will hold up for a long time. Perfect medium-fill down alt pillow for us!

Very Comfortable pillow, I grew up with my grandmother who never drove a car but she kept to the simple things in life. A feather mattress and a down pillow. So I knew the pillow would be a nice addition to my sleep time. Best pillow ever made in my opinion.

I have had the worst luck with pillows the last couple years. When I received the Allswell down alt pillow it felt on the soft side. I sleep on my side so I wasn't sure if it would be too soft for my needs. After a few nights sleeping with it I can say that it's a lot better than my previous pillows. It sits higher, but it gives my head and neck the right amount of support. It appears to be well made and feels nice too. So far so good! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Quality pillow, extremely comfortable. Enough support for side sleeping without being uncomfortable for sleeping on back or stomach. Seems to still be breaking in somewhat, so cannot say definitively that it will retain its current level of support/cushion. Down material is physically quite heavy versus other pillows I've used.
I loved the mattress but these pillows were too soft for me. They barely have any support. Please have firmer options as well.
I would not call this a down alternative pillow. The price is great, but it was much too firm for my taste (I like a down pillow because you can squash it up - this once has too much bounce for that). If you need a very reasonably priced, regular pillow this might work for you, but not if you're converting from down.
I would honestly rate the pillow 2.5 stars. For my wife and I they are far too soft and non supportive. My wife was able o to open them up and re stuff them with a denser fiberfill material, makiking them useable for us. Since we got them with a gift certificate there's no harm, no foul, but if we'd had to pay for.them I'd be much more upset. Honest review....they're certainly not up to your mattress standards, sorry.
