I'm a back sleeper and I've struggled to find a comfortable pillow for my neck and shoulders for as long as I can remember - many foam pillows are too firm/high, while many non-foam pillows don't offer enough support. This pillow was immediately the comfiest one I've used in a while and improved my sleep.
Perfect level of support, and I love that it's adjustable and you can remove some of the stuffing. Has helped me greatly with my neck and back pain.

I love how you have control over how fluffy you want your pillow! It came very full and too high for my neck so I took some of the stuffing out and adjusted it to my needs. It is genius! The "stuffing bag" is a great addition that you can store any extra stuffing.
Absolutely the best pillow I've ever had.
My husband and I had been looking for new pillows. I purchased an Allswell mattress so I thought I would try the pillows. We are very happy with the pillows. I would call them a medium pillow. It supports my head and it not too soft or too firm. We are both sleeping better. I would definitely recommend the pillows.
I wanted a semi soft memory foam pillow and this one worked out perfectly. I will order two more today. I didnt realize how difficult pillow shopping could be. Ordered some others online that were too stiff. Bought a couple from bed bath and beyond but they were to soft and mushy. This seems to be a quality brand. Extremely satisfied.
This pillow is very well made, high quality fabric and workmanship. And I liked being able to take out the foam to suit my level of comfort. Unfortunately, I could not ignore the strong chemical odor so had to return it. I have another Allswell foam pillow that has no odor so I was surprised this one did.

The cover is very small compared to any standard queen size cover available in the market. I have problems with polyester cover and changed it to cotton one and realized the filling material is not good enough for this pillowcase. I contacted customer care for extra filling but was told they don't sell extra filling. I ordered 2 pillows, liked them and didn't want to return it, so using some filling from the second pillow to make the other supportive enough. So, for me it's double the price for one pillow as other one is not usable. Expected better customer service from them.

I tried it for 2 weeks and then had to switch to another pillow after having two sessions of a physical therapy massage to get the stiffness out of my neck. I wanted to love these but they are just not for me.
