[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this pillow a little over a week ago and couldn't be happier. I find it to be the perfect balance of comfort and support and for the first time in months I am actually sleeping soundly up to my alarm! I am both a back and side sleeper and find it equally comfortable in either position.
I love these pillows. Exactly the thick, fluffy quality I was looking for. These will hold up well
This pillow is firmer than I expected and it's taking me some time to get used to. Also, the reversible option is not what it claims to be; no way is it like a down pillow.
It's an okay pillow, but not at all what I expected, or what I feel was described. The quilted "comfy side" is actually exceedingly stiff, and the quilted element borderlines UN-comfy. The flat, "cool side" is better, but VERY stiff/hard and doesn't appear to be any more cool than an average pillow. It's fine, probably even good if you really favor firm pillows but would not purchase again.
Both sides are VERY firm and stiff. It took me minute to even realize this pillow was reversible. It's nice to have a very firm pillow on the bed, but it's not what I purchased or had in mind.

It's OK. It's basically a memory foam pillow with a pillow-top on one side. I thought the pillow-top side would have a more giving feel to it….but the pillowtop is thin. I like it. I'm using it. But it's not what I pictured
We are not enjoying this pillow at all. It's very uncomfortable.
Arrived with dark smudges on it, but thought ok hopefully it comes out in the wash. However, upon unzipping the pillow and removing the memory foam so that I could wash the dirty outer layer (the plush side), the memory foam also has dirty smudges on it, except I can't put that into the wash and trying to wipe it off has not yielded good results. Additionally, the memory foam does not seem to be good quality as it is ripped. Very disappointing.
We cannot use this pillow. Although the smooth side goes a little flatter both sides are too thick. Very uncomfortable for my next.
