I've previously used this product and I am very fond of it. It goes on smoothly, even on my wrinkly eyelids.
Almay eyeliner is the winner! I prefer it to the high priced brand last name brown (don't know if I'm allowed to say the full brand name). It's much more affordable, more goof-proof and wears longer/better. This eyeliner goes on clean kind of like a fine felt tip marker. STAYS ON until you take it off (with normal wear). I'm an elementary school teacher so I need something that wears like iron- --this does! I normally use black but I like this color for a "softer" look. Also have used the brown and they all perform well.
I bought this online on a whim, and I'm so glad! It does make blue eyes stand out. It goes on smoothly, and its shaped tip makes it easy to get a good "wing" or cat-eye every time. It's noticeable, but not too dark on my pale skin. This is one of my must-haves!

heyy i love this liner. it is great for blue eyes(as specified) and i love the small shimmer in the hint of orange. easy to apply because of the firm yet a little flexible tip. easy to store(although i think the handle could have been shorter...). i havent experienced any flaking or smearing. dries quickly. overall i would definitely buy this again! :)
Design: The felt tip pen was really easy to use, even for liquid-eyeliner-beginners. Color: The color goes on smoothly, but not very bold. You may need to go over it once more to make the color pop out. Staying power: Average. It doesn't smudge everywhere, but it also doesn't stay sharp.
I wish the color was more intense like the name suggests. It's not very noticeable, kind of a faded purple. It's a pretty color. But it's too subtle for someone who wears glasses.
This liquid eyeliner is not worth anything, even if you get it free. Does not go on easily, doesn't show any color, very watered down. Years ago, I used black eyeliner which was fantastic. It went on easily, looked great, and came off easily. That's not being made anymore.
This eyeliner doesn't go on easily. It streaks and you have to keep putting layers and waiting for it to dry. It has some kind glitter in it that sticks to your face. I used it once and won't be using it again.
