Also, to help with endurance and energy. I combine it daily with Phosphatidylserine. It seems to be working; that's why I reordered.
Bought it for every day use as a someone who works out semi-regularly and has problems sleeping. I noticed an easier time falling asleep and better quality sleep, more energy during the day with less sleep, and much better fatigue recovery after workouts. Great product!

I really have have problems with brain fog or forgetting things in mid sentence. Since I started taking this I must admit I have noticed a vast improvement in my memory and less brain fog . Several years ago I received a concussion in a MVA and still have attention/focus/foggy-headed issues. I find REVSCI Alpha-GPC works as good as an Rx I take, and together they really help (each targeting a different neural system). The capsules are large, but I don't have a problem swallowing them. The only physiological response I experience is improved mental clarity, no side-effects. In addition to realtime improved performance, my reading of the scientific literature suggests that acetylcholine precursors, such a alpha-GPC, counter some of the neurochemical deficits of dementia.I appreciate that REVSCI focuses on quality and provides a Certificate of Analysis. The other Alpha-GPC supplements I considered lack such assurance that you are getting what you purchase.
Seems to work better than other over the counter drugs I've tried. Mood and memory improved. Worth a trial.
I definitely understand that choline has a wide range of potential benefits, including cognitive.I also believe there is evidence for the use of bioperene (black pepper extract), which also has a wide range of potential benefits. Though the amount included here is somewhat small, only 5mg. That may be enough to work synergistically with the choline, I'm not sure - but the recommended dose to get the other benefits of bioperene is 10mg.Having said that, I wanted to give this several weeks to see if I notice reduced brain fog, and I don't think I have. It may be that a stronger dose or broader intervention is required for people with high stress levels. It may be that this takes more than a few weeks to kick in. I'm going to discuss it with my functional doctor, and if you suffer from brain fog or cognitive issues I STRONGLY recommend you do the same - a functional doctor (not a GP, not a neurologist) is a completely different specialty. Do not discount the wisdom and resources your GP or neurologist can offer, but a functional doctor (such as CFMP) will look at toxicology as a potential cause of neurological issues, and will help balance hormones and mineral levels naturally.
Ive been trying to read up on nootropics again because I've been experiencing brain fog recently, and choline is suppose to be a good base of a stack. Specifically this choline (Alpha-GPC) is suppose to be one of the best types of choline. I like that this one vegetarian/vegan friendly, easy-to-swallow, and has no smell or aftertaste, although it has minimal fillers and not sure if it's non-gmo.
