As a heavy flow woman, I need protection not only throughout the day but also overnight. Always maxi pads help me to achieve a mess-free night when I'm on my days! They smell good, protect me from leakage, are comfortable and are long enough (which I love!).
I purchase these maxi pads on my heavy days I love that they have the wings for extra protection just in case it go's a little over. They are thick and leak proof so that's a plus for me on my heavy days. Other than that I usually wear the regular maxi pads. I would definitely recommend these to any girlys on their heavy days.
Best ultra thin and leak free! This one is very very good for very very heavy flow. Now my office time is peaceful with these pads. Great pads with amazing absorbance capacity. I used it during my postpartum and had zero leaks. Even on my heaviest bleeding days.
After having 3 kids my periods have been very heavy the first few days. Always extra heavy with wings is all I will use. It's absorbent, very little leaks, and not too uncomfortable for a huge pad. This are great to have for the first few days and definitely in the evenings.
Honestly, the best pads ever that have secured me for almost my entire life! These are long enough and thick enough for heavy flows and do their best during the day and night. I always buy these as I have yet to find anything that compares. Nothing is the same as these. The odor is controlled too and leakage is minimal (is any). I would highly recommend!
My flow varies and on heavy days, these are the only ones that provide full coverage and absorbency. They are on the thicker side so sometimes, if wearing tight clothing, they feel a little like a diaper, or definitely a thicker pad. I like to know that I am protected, so I can definitely overlook that.It fit really well either way

I purchase these for my daughter. They are super absorbent. They are bulky but she uses them at night so it's not a problem. She always asks specifically for these because they work so well and no leaks. Overall she loves these in particular. She has tried other “overnight “ ones and she keeps coming back to these.
I personally, love these! They are light weight and comfortable and you will forget you're even wearing them. Occasionally, they will leak… but I am probably the exception. I had fibroids and these still usually held up to the test. If you have a normal cycle, you will probably never have that problem. They are super soft and comfortable.
Always maxi size 4 with wings has a great odor control. It's absorb well at night so you can feel dry all night long. But they are too thick and I'm uncomfortable at night when I lay down in bed. I'm not sure because of the design or while but it get rash every time I use them. Please improve the product
