Works very well at cooling. I use it on my first floor and it works very well at cooling. I use it on my first floor and it is somewhat of an open floor plan and I am very happy with how cool the first floor is. I actually wish that I had purchased this along time ago.
This arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. It is a handsome unit which is important as it is a piece of furniture being on the floor as opposed to a more inconspicuous window unit. The most important feature is it's portability! Highly recommend this trusted brand.
Love this AC its on wheels so I wont have to lift it when or if I have to move it. Also dont lose the whole window throughout the summer because I just slide the window down from the top. Screen stays in with this portable AC so it no problem.. unit is good looking also so I dont mind it. Bought one last year bought another one this year for upstairs. Quiet cools the house nicely..
I have had this portable AC for over a year now and I have never had an issues with it. It keeps my bedroom cool, you don't have to worry about noise or draining water like you would with most portable unit.

Works great and looks great We had an Amana before this one and it lasted us longer than most do we hope to have the same luck with this one, our only problem with this order was the fault of UPS they never showed up the day of delivery even though they claimed that it was out for delivery on their truck but Walmarts great customer service was such a big help Thank you Walmart
Cools my bedroom great. And I have a crappy crank window so the window vent kit didnt fit and I rigged it with duct tape and a hole in my screen, and it still works great.
Condition of shipping container was terrible. Repaired by lots of tape, patches of new cardboard. Broken foam padding. Fortunately, no damage to unit. AC works great, very simple installation,
Works very well at cooling a large bedroom. Very attractive. The slider for the window was hard to fit and secure in the window. It is very heavy and the casters are small so they don't roll well on carpet. Once installed, I don't think I will move it around the house to other rooms.
