This is a great basic fitness watch. I don't need all the bells and whistles. it tracks my steps, my sleep, messages, alarms,. My only complaint is sometimes it comes unlatched.
Does not hold change for more than an hour. Even after turning off all features it still doesn't hold a charge. Would not buy
The battery drains in a couple of hours after a full charge, even after turning off most features including the Bluetooth. Day 3–The photo shows 66% battery, 2 hours of wearing the device(only walking into work). Definitely a bad purchase! Time to return
Pretty sure the battery is defective. Initially charged it for several hours, but the battery never showed higher than 91%. Then I wore it for maybe 10 minutes and the battery dropped to 71%. Put it back on the charger and it immediately showed 98%, so I put it on again, and in less than 3 hours, it was completely dead. Once again, i put it on the charger, and within minutes it was at 98% and hasn't gone higher since.
Item arrived with ripped box, the Amazfit band 5 would not charge or turn on, clearly it had been previously returned, left it on charger, nothing. Very disappointed in Walmart
I purchased this watch not reading the comments beforehand and now I regret it. I tried to charge it 4 times. It will take the charge but the charge is dead in less than ten minutes. Now I have to do a return. what a bummer.
The band arrived fine when I tried to charge it it won't turn on no matter what. It does not display a charging symbol.
It won't charge or turn on for me. I've tried different plugs to get it to come on and nothing works. I guess I should have read the reviews before buying this. I will be returning it for a refund.
Can't get it too work
Had to return it. Could not get it charged first time. Left it charging over night. Made sure connections were clean. Tried different outlets. Would connect to app but charging never got above 0 and when I'd disconnect from charger fitness tracker would be dead.
