This does a great job of supplementing for vegetables while I do the Keto diet! This helps to prevent symptoms commonly called the "Keto Flu".
My favorite new flavor since the lemon-Lime energy
I was expecting the large container as shown, but received 100 individual packets in a cardboard box instead. Not that that is bad; it means I can take individual packets with me to travel or to put into water bottle during the day without needing a measuring scoop. It just made me wonder how old and where the packets came from. Just know that the large plastic bucket jar is not what I got. I placed all the 100 packets into a gallon size ziplock bag to keep them together, clean and dry. It works.
