Used this for about five years
I must admit that as soon as we're finished with our present bottle of Vitamin C we will be returning to American Health's Ester-C wafers. Everyone (kids included) liked taking them. The only reason we tried another brand was the cost had risen quite a bit. It's a very good product, but since A.H. inflated the price for their product, I think they should change the Vitamin C content from 250mg to 500mg.But all in all it is a much better product which doesn't contain extra sugar or needless calories. Just a thought to A.H. company who hopefully care about their budget-conscious consumers.
My 5 year old granddaughter loves this Vitamin C form. Says it tastes good and is her favorite!
Ester C does not upset my stomach and the tablets seems to disappear in my mouth. I generally use the powdered form because it's the cheapest form, but I love the convenience of chewables. I can eat 1 or 2 anytime I feel I need some C without eating. They taste great! Great product, fast acting results.
These are one of the easiest chewables for that extra boost of C in the winter.
I got these for my grandkids because they are 250 mg, which I think is all young children should take at one time, and I myself was very pleased with the taste, and the kids like them very much. It's a buffered form of Vit C that I have read lasts longer in the body, so I conclude it should be more effective. It's a little more expensive, but I feel it is worth it.
