These capsules are excellent. They provide a good source of Vitamin C without upsetting the stomach.

I think this is an outstanding product. Was looking for a Vitamin C in capsule form with calcium ascorbate as the Vitamin C instead of ascorbic acid, and also wanted bioflavonoids in it. This one fills the bill! Price also can't be beat.

I have been taking Ester C Bio "Tablets 1000 mg" for decades to help keep healthy. Recently had extensive neck surgery and could not swallow for months. Needed to take my supplements but too big and hard. I saw they made the same Ester C in "Veg Caps 500mg" so I purchased. It helped by taking sip of liquid then inserting one (500mg) capsule in at a time (2-1000mg). Smoother outer shell made it easier to go down. Cost less in buying two 500mg than 1000mg. They come from Swanson (good) but again cost less through Walmart. I would recommend Ester C w/Bioflavonoids for everyone. It does help keep you healthy.
I like this product because this is the only form of vitamin c that is gentle on my stomach and bowels. I don't get diahrea from using this product. Every other vitamin c product creates lots of acid but this is ultra gentle. I will definitely be buying this product in the future.
