Good product with competitive pricing
i bought this for a friend since she is handicapped and could not get out but she takes this ester C all the time she raves on it
No need to buy 2 instead of 1 vitamin
Let me start off by saying this is a absolutely great combination of vitamin C and D3. It works really good. However, my mixed feelings is due to the size of the pill. I have never in my life had a problem swallowing pills but this is a hunker of a hunker. Its not coated so it makes it even that much harder to swallow. I nearly choked on one and never choked on a pill before. I'm unsure if I would purchase again just because of the size. The package didnt say anything about cutting in half so I usually tend not to if the package doesn't suggest that. If you can handle a big peal then I definitely would reccommend this brand and pill to you.
I have tried this supplement on multiple occasions, and unfortunately do not recommend it. Good idea, but it has an excessive amount of vitamin D - this can cause problems with the kidney, etc. I hope that they make a version of the same supplement closer to 100% of the RDA of vitamin D.
