I have found that for Me these work quickly. Definitely can tell the difference when i am out of them and delay my next purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. personal experience of helping with mood balance, menstrual cycle.

Great for dry skin. Allow at least three weeks to see results.
I have trouble with the capsules sticking together. I've used this product for several years and the problem seems worse now than when I started. It seems to be helping me.
I purchased this as it was a good value for what I wanted to spend on EPO and it seemed like a decent product. It is a great value, but many of the capsules were stuck together, which is common for the "oil" supplements. My fish oil capsules stick together and need a gentle shake to separate them. These need a vigorous shake to separate them. I did find two of them basically empty which probably explains the extra stuck-togetherness. I did not contact Swanson as I figured it was more of a hassle to return and reorder than to just deal with these sticky caps myself.
Seemed to work better the first time. I switch the brands up and hope to get some results doing that. Just got this second batch so will keep my fingers crossed.
