This small suitcase is my favorite! It's expandable, very sturdy, easy to roll or pull behind you. It has survived multiple airplane and car trips without any damage - as a matter of fact, this is the third one I am buying as a gift, after absolutely loving the ones we have. It has several compartments and a leak proof pocket. I also like the side handles that make it easy to load and unload the suitcase.
Durable and stylish. I can pack 4 days worth of clothing and toiletries. Spinner wheels roll smoothly and can handle various surfaces. Highly recommended.
What I liked most was the rugged Roller ball type wheels. They are not the thin , skinny wheels seen on most luggage, but ones that can traverse all types of terrain I go through ( truck driver, muddy truck yard, uneven pavement, snow and ice). Out of the two years I have had this heavy duty luggage, the wheels held up. I frequently travel via air plane to my truck. First month the zipper pulls came off. Then the shell cracked , then another zipper inside derailed and could only use one zipper on the dividing flap. I bought another one after two years use, for the reason of good wheels and lightweight shell. Made in America- Cracked on an airline
The first time I used my suitcase, the zipper ripped away from the interior of the suitcase. It wasn't overpacked. I wished I had gone with my gut and gone another direction, but I really liked the style of this luggage. I expected a lot more from an American Tourister product.
I recently used it for my trip, I came out with big cracks from the luggage belt at the airport. I was worried if my clothes were safe inside, the wheel came off too. Cause so much trouble at airport .Not expecting this kind of quality from an American Tourister, very disappointing as this item was one of their best seller.. Don't buy it!!! Very disappointing
I bought this in Nov for a trip this past June. It cracked somewhere between Midway and the ship it was loaded on in Seattle!!! First time it was used. Took pics and sent them to American Tourister...after all it has a 10 yr limited warranty! Well, they said the damage was not covered....but i could get a discount on select luggage! It cracked at both side handles, which to me is a weak spot. I guess I was wrong!! I will never buy their luggage again and will make sure everyone knows!!
Product not in box and one of two pieces damaged 👎🏻
I brought this hardshell suitecase and first time traveling with it from NY to Fl and its it broken on the top, the hard shell is not that hard, also brought the carryon and the zipper is broken. The name of it make it sounds very strong but it is not. Waste of my money.
The zipper for expanding the suitcase broke between 1st connecting flight to the 2nd. I hadn't even used it expanded b/c I had packed so light on the way to my meeting site. Now there's no way to use it without the shells wobbling around loosely. I need warranty info for replacement or return, please.
Used 1 time on a domestic flight in the US and it cracked. For $120 plus tax this is ridiculous. 10 year warranty? This thing didn't last 10 days! Do not buy!!!!
