I'm a huge traveler, often taking long trips, and LOVE this American Tourister luggage piece! The luggage spins on a dime and is SO smooth. The outer material is so durable - I have the utmost confidence that my belongings will never be damaged when using my American Tourister luggage. The compartments inside are great and will help someone who is super organized (like me) be able to keep all my belongings separated. The zippers are also very strong and easy to slide. I would 100% buy the other sizes of this same luggage and will be a lifelong customer! Very pleased with the American Tourister brand as a whole. I am writing this review as part of a sweepstakes.
This hard no-zipper carry-on luggage is much more secure and sturdy than the carry-on's I've had in the past. It has a TSA latch lock and 2 smaller latches instead of the traditional zipper. They make a satisfying clamp that feels like you're locking a safe. The double wheels are made of rubber and glide very smoothly. There is an additional interior wall which adds protection against drops and bumps. The interior lining can be zippered into two halves, and also has an additional zippered pocket. Overall this hard shell feels solid and smooth. I'd recommend this American Tourister Tribus Hardside Spinner Luggage to any traveler who's in the market for more secure luggage. This suitcase has been sturdy so far. My only complaint, a mild one at that, is that the two compartments aren't the same depth. The suitcase has survived a trip to Tokyo from San Francisco, and I hope it accompanies me on future travels. One note: Walmart.com customer service was outstanding. The delivery was on time (the morning off) and was faster than Amazon's delivery timeline. I will continue to shop at Walmart.com when it makes sense.
Part of what drew me to this piece were the colors. The black and red go so well together that the color is plain enough to blend in with the crowd on a quick glance from a bystander but distinctive enough for you to be able to pick it out of the bunch easily. Not only are the colors attractive, but the luggage itself is light and easily maneuverable. I think this suitcase is durable and sturdy and can stand a lot of handling. I travel a lot and am so excited to get these on my next trip! The extra security features are a bonus so now I never have to worry that my stuff will get stolen or rummaged through. American Tourister is a great brand and this is a solid piece of luggage. The design is quite attractive with black and red coloring. The wheels seem very well made an attached - always a problem for me on prior rolling suitcases. Its definitely TSA compliant/carry on safe and the hard outer cover is perfect for preventing stuff from breaking during the inevitable forced baggage checking. I searched high and low for luggage similar to the old school, tough latch close type and i was not disappointed. The luggage is sturdier than most hard-side that you'll find. The telescopic handle rails seem to have a little play in them when empty so hopefully when fully loaded they will hold up to the stress. I will add to this review once its tested. #sweepstakes

Great suitcase!! Incredibly safe and durable with clips instead of zippers, so it is nearly impossible for someone to break into. Locks at the top for extra safety. At last I found modern hard-side luggage with NO ZIPPERS! No one can come along and rifle my luggage by sticking a pen into the zipper. Firm positive latches with safety switches mean that my stuff is as secure as TSA will let it be. Yay! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
