The product arrived in record time and was easy to track. The service provided by Walmart at the store for pickup was outstanding! The packaging is quite ingenious as the product arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze with excellent instructions and everything included. It cooks better and tastier then gas or charcoal and cleanup and storage is a very easy. We are totally satisfied!!!
We have only used this a few times but so far we are satisfied. Cleanup is not fun but it is not hard. Electric grills seem to me to be a little harder to clean but if you let it soak a short time and if you have sprayed it with "PAM" or some such product, it comes off pretty well. My apartment community does not allow anything but electric grills so it serves the purpose.
This little electric grill is exactly what I wanted. Just turn the knob and it is hot in a minute. Throw on sausage and pork chops and watch them cook while sipping a glass of wine. I love not having to wait for charcoal to catch on. Took about 30 minutes to assemble and it's ready to go. Love it!
This grill was better than expected,easy to put together cooks everything great.I have made hamburgers,steak,chicken,pork chops and even pizza.The only problem is I want to eat all the time!!!
DOES NOT GET AS HOT AS CHARCOAL, AND DOES NOT LEAVE A CHARED SURFACE TO THE MEAT BUT A NICE LITTLE GRILL ANYWAY. NO SMOKE SO IT CAN BE USED INDOORS SOMETIMES.
I had to put this grill together despite the not very good directions, but I succeeded despite feeling as though I was on my own. The grease catcher is way too small and removing it is actually a bit of a nuisance, but I replaced it with a bigger one for my 2nd grilling. The grilling surface ( the actual grill) should be made with smaller spaces between the metal as food tends to slip between and can slip through, which could ruin a perfectly good BBQ! But other than that, I was very happy with it.
We're not able to use a gas or charcoal grill on our patio because of apartment rules. This electric one works just great. Make sure you use a heavy duty cord. The only problem is that you have to unscrew the holders to take out the grill and pan to clean it.
Works as advertized. But can't compete with charcoal or gas. Cooks fine, drains fat, does a fine job. Chicken and fish taste great--But does not sear the meat. When you live in an apartment you have to make sacrifices. So I can still grill and not get evected. Trying wood chips--been told it helps.
This is a good product for the price and one person grilling. Easy to put together but the electric element does not fit into the reflector pan correctly. Therefore, half of the grilling surface is very close to the food and half is the correct distance. I am happy with the grill....it heats up quickly and cools quickly. Use some grill & smoke seasonings and you will not know your food was cooked on an electric grill.
Although I do like this product very much, it arrived late with a large dent in the bowl. Walmart agreed to take it back but since it came late but I didn't want to wait the time it would take for a replacement; I assembled it as is. As a result it is uneven, but does cook. Therefore, I can recommend the product but not the shipping.
