Easy to use and great results. I have made pulled chicken and Beef Jerky. You can use with wood to make smoke or use as a grill. I recommend this product.

Was exactly what i wanted. American made very well. Easy instructions for assembly. Only used it as a electric smoker for Brisket and Chicken and omg 😲 😋 😍 it smoked everything perfectly . Cleaning was very easy.
we have used it for 2 times first was for salmon which came out delicious after we marinated in our special seasoning then and few days ago we done ribs and Cornish hens we also marinated the ribs over night and the hens for about 6 hrs before placing them on the smoking

great lil smoker took about 5 1/2 hrs to do a rack of short beef and a rack of babyback pork ribs turned out great. the element could be attached a little better. its a little flimsy otherwise im very happy
I was missing proper size thumb screw. I caution not to trust the reading on the thermometer. It reads warm even when internal temperature is 250 degrees. So I suggest you use an oven thermometer to prevent over or under cooking.
Assembly was pretty good, seems like all the hardware was in the package. Two men and a gorilla couldn't push the temperature control in or pull it out. Had to run a drill bit in the temp probe hole, goes in and out as it should now. Door that raises and lowers on the side of the unit is so tight I have to use pliers to force it up and down, I will fix that next. Unit was packed very well. unit is not perfectly round so you have to work a little to get the lid on. Smoked some chicken and ribs so far seems to work pretty well. i use smoker disks from Bradley Smokers so had to make a small stand above heating element, works well. Holds temperature well, pretty good for the price.
Shipping kept being pushed back. I wish I'd know the shipping practices and I would have bought from someone else
