Problem with company shipping the smoker, the shipping box for the smoker was too thin and light weight causing the smoker top and side to bend in transit. This causing the smoker when in use to have heat and smoke to escape making the smoker ineffective.
On my grill"s pan for the charcoal in the inside was all scraped up. And the body of the grill was bent at the top part where it was hard for me to put the lid on, my husband had to push it back together. Because it had a gap where it should be closed all the way. And the sliding doors to close it from letting the smoke out wouldnt close either. So i was kinda dissapointed by it specially since I got it for my husband for Christmas.
this smoker didn't work so great afther assembly it slightly hard to put thelod on,and it doesn't concal the smoke when started.and the water bin
Delivery driver just dropped it over the gate. When I opened it it was bent in an oval, I bent it back. Was missing 8 bolts and nuts. Haven't used it yet.
just like many other reviews have stated it comes bent out of shape. one top of that this thing did not last one smoking session the front door in the front is very difficult to open and close. the little metal wheels that are supposed to let the door go up and down melted and caused the door to bend as i was trying to close it. now it is unusable.
We are very disappointed with this. It says you get superior temperature control with 2 oversized Hood Vents...this product has no Hood Vents!! It also says it has an easy to read Temperature Gauge and in the picture it looks like numbers but in reality the Temperature Gauge says WARM, IDEAL and HOT...how in the world are you supposed to know the actual temperature? You have to put a cooking thermometer in with the meat and of course lift the lid to read it....REALLY?! It also says the finished assembled product is 24" x 24" Yeah Right!! It is actually 17" x 17"...What a piece of junk!!! We bought a Kingsford Smoker a few years back and it is by far so much better!! We wanted a bigger one and thought this would be it by the description. This one is not any bigger than our old one
Cover doesn't fit, should have listened to other reviews. It wasn't damaged, box wasn't damaged, just made poorly. No way to refill coal or wood chips. Better off spending a few more dollars.
1st smoker was missing parts. 2nd smoker damaged. I give up. Just want a refund. Add $20 more for a better smoker. No bubble wrap or nothing to protect merchandise. Horrible packaging. Thumbs down on this smoker. Barrel is too thin. Came bent , that says a lot about the material,2 regular silver bowls 1 for charcoal and 1 for water.
Returning is such a hassle Walmart CLEARLY KNOWS the lids do not fit Sold and distributed by Walmart
After reading all the reviews, I should've been smart and cancelled this order! It did arrive bent like they said but I bent it into shape. It NEVER got to the ideal temp after a while bag of charcoal! I couldn't cook on it! The heat went right out the bottom. Waste of time and money.
