Arrived just as expected. Easy to install
I bought this to get the water that came down from the gutters to go further away from my home in the front. It would make water come into my garage. So this extender did its job. Fit perfect and day after we put it on here came the down pour of rain. Water stayed away from my garage went down the drive way. Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend. Buying another to put one on our back to lead water away from the foundation.
I have a small garden alcove in front of my condo, with stone (not pebble) on the ground. The white downspount really stuck out like a sore thumb. I had been spray painting it brown to make it blend, but the paint would peel and the spout started cracking. On a whim, I looked up to see if there was a brown downspout that was affordable. The WalMart website had just what I was looking for and it was not only affordable, delivery was free. SOLD!! And it looks great...doesn't even look like a down spout is there it blends in so well.
i like it plain and simple if you need to extend the pipe for the rain to go out to the yard this works very well flexible and heavy plastic wont break easy.
Can be twisted and turned to direct water from the gutter out away from the home. Works great and terrific price.
I like that they are long and relatively easy to bend. However, if you change your mind and want to change the bend or length after you've set it up it looks like it could tear easily. Would be nicer if it were thicker, but then I suppose it would be too heavy. It does the job and looks pretty good. I use it to divert downspout water into my pool or into a rain barrel.
These worked and did the job... I was a bit shocked they came in a Home Depot Box.
Price was fair. Item as described. However the plastic was so dry hard and bent that I could not shape the end to get it on my drain spout. I had already cut one to put them together and thus I could not return it. The product design itself is ok. I feel I was sent a damaged old dried product that no longer could be used.
I didn't receive the green color but instead received brown. Very disappointed. It still does the job just would like to have received what I ordered
