Hubby needed better healthy choices to warm up so AMYS for the win! Read her ingredients!!!! All natural! Thanks Amy
We absolutely love these (the sauce makes them), but they are pretty pricey for what you get.
These are SO good! They actually taste just as good as what we can get at our local Mexican restaurants at a fraction of the price. I usually cook them in the oven in a glass pyrex pan (taking them totally out of the container they come in) according to the package directions and they turn out perfectly. Sometimes I'll make a pound of taco meat and sprinkle that on top for the last 5-10 minutes or so of cooking and it's pretty identical to Mexican restaurant-style beef enchiladas. Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce, cilantro, homemade salsa or homemade pico de gallo, plus a side of refried beans and rice. We rarely go out for Mexican anymore!
pleeeeeease get these!!! natural ingredients NOT SPICY ok? that's why i love these!!! i add alittle table cream and garlic powder omg!!! 3 minutes in the micro if stored in the fridge or 4 minutes if stored in the freezer. ok??
These taste great and are very filling. I am also glad that it has a lot of protein in it. I cannot eat gluten %26 I choose to not eat meat so getting protein elsewhere is very important for me.
The flavor's identical to the ‘90's Banquet mushy “enchiladas.” I don't know why they cost so much.
I wonder if we got a bad one because while it tasted pretty good for a frozen meal, my whole family was sick after. We prepared following the oven directions and it was heated all the way through. I've never run into this from other frozen meals we've tried. Based on what other people are saying, I'm thinking we may have just had bad luck. Sadly, none of us want to try this again.
I couldn't even eat a whole one. The flavor reminded me of canned food, something like cream of chicken or mushroom soup. The corn tortillas didn't taste fresh either. I thought that buying 2 would be cheaper than going out. Safe your money and spend it on your local Mexican restaurant. Out of 6 of us, 1 thought it was decent. I was really hopeful since it was made with organic ingredients.
Missing the Amy's Enchiladas (Qty: 2) and I got Raw chicken meat instead.
the sauce was horrible. had to throw it all away...yuck
