This is my second favorite Amy's meal and I never get tired of it. Even better if you top it with a little sour cream and whatever salsa you like. Amy's is by far the best plant based frozen food imho.
The bowl is very good and very filling. I was quite surprised.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Tortilla Casserole & Black Beans, made with Organic Tomatoes & Black Beans. This is one of Amy's Bowls product. This dish was very good, very satisfying. First time I had tried a product containing tofu. This product is gluten free. I will definitely buy again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried out Amy's Tortilla Casserole and Black beans. This frozen casserole is delicious. I just place it in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes and bam you have a delicious meal. The portion amount is perfect and filling. The tortilla in the casserole is a little bit mushy but tasted good. The black beans tasted good as well. Overall it taste great the consistency is a little mushy. Mabe the consistency will be better if i cook in toaster oven instead of microwave. I did it in the microwave for quicker cooking. It contains 410 calories which is not bad and its gluten free too. Its fast and a easy to fix quick tasty meal.
only thing i don't like is that i cant buy in bulk.
If you prefer a milder meal this is for you.
One of the boxes was literally ripped open.
The black beans taste ok but the tortilla or the soup is mushy like baby food. Mashed corn tortilla with the side of black beans. I don't recommend yuck
Mushy (even in the oven) and flavorless. No ma'am.
Rip off meals and too expensive for what you get.
