My particular blow up seems a little tweeked. Santa leans way over to the left side of the sleigh making the sleigh fall over without being teathered. The reindeer does not stand up staight like shown in the picture. Overall, the kids love it and Santa's wavign arm and turning head is a real compliment to the quirkiness of my product.
I liked the product when i first set him up but his head gets caught on christams tree and it blocks his head from turning as i should, also, now after a couple of weeks being set up, now his head doesnt hold up or turn like it should
For $100 (with tax/shipping) I thought this would be a better quality product. Santa's head and arm are supposed to rotate. After less than one week, Santa's head stopped working. The material is very flimsy and the color seems faded (not the bright colors shown on the online image). It is very difficult to get the reindeer to stand up straight even when trying to use all the tethers and stakes. Good idea for a product, I liked the Santa/Reindeer combination but was left dissapointed.
I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. MY BOYS CRIED BECAUSE SANTA'S HEAD DID NOT MOVE NOR DID HIS ARM & WE COULD NOT DISPLAY IT. WE WAITED A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO RECEIVE THIS SO THAT DID NOT HELP THE SITUATION EITHER. WE LEFT IT BLOWN UP FOR A WHILE BUT THAT DIDN'T EVEN HELP.
