Nice addition to the product line.
I love the larger size of this pan. This is the pan I cook artichokes in, warm up large helpings of stew or soup and make spaghetti in. Probably the most used pan in my kitchen. I do use ONLY wooden spoons and I have not had a problem with the interior.
I use this pan for almost everything. It is not too big nor too small. The interior has held up well considering this is the first pan that is reached for.
After less than 10 uses and after purchasing in December of 2017, the "hard anodized" coating is scraping off and into the food. Advertised as for use with metal utensils, but obviously it cannot withstand one use with a metal utensil. The only good things I can say is the size is nice and having a long handle is convenient.
