I had heard for a long time that the best steak you can eat is having one cooked using a precision cooker. my family raises beef for a living in South Dakota. Ive had every steak on the cow, the good ones and the not so good ones. i know beef very well. this was the best steak I've ever eaten. i highly recommend this product. it works amazingly and its a great value for the price. you dont need a fancy bin or a vaccum sealer. put water in a pot, attach your anova to the side of pot, throw the steak in a ziploc bag with a sprig of rosemary. (salt 2 hours prior-dry brine) cook it for 2 hrs at 120. sear and butter baste to your liking and enjoy!!!! your welcome

Great product first time trying sous vide steaks come perfect.
Works as advertised and expected. Quality is good, no problems in the past months of using it. Works great for steaks and chops (all I've used it for).
Got this about a week ago and tried it out last night to make steaks. It does take longer then traditional methods, but I assure you the flavor is worth the wait. Our steaks were a lovely brown color on the outside and a yummy med rate on the inside with so much flavor and tenderness. I cant wait to use it again with other things.
