The set is just so beautiful. The fitted sheet is a little tight on my mattress. I do have a thick pillowtop though. The comforter feels just like the more expensive ones at other stores. It is so nice and well worth the money. I love it and I'm very happy with it. You will not regret this purchase.
My husband and I just ordered this for our king size bed and we absolutely love it. You get everything all in one! Its beautiful! The only thing is the actual color is more yellow, not cream color like the picture they show. I uploaded pics so you can see.After we put it on our bed my 2 year old niece jumped right on and said. Wow nice princess bed!!!
I was looking for a quilt that came in a set. This was perfect, although I was a little worried due to the price being so low I thought it would not be made very well. That was totally not the case. It it beautiful and very well made. The base color is more of a tea stained. So if your looking at the picture and you think that it is going to be white, it's not going to be, but for me I love the color. Great purchase.
The quilt is lovely and the colors are very pretty. The background on mine is not yellow but tea-stained. It works well with my oak shaker-style furniture. It really brights my room and it's just what I was looking for at a really good price point, especially for a king size bed. I'm not crazy about the sheet set. They do have pretty details but don't expect 200-thread count. They're still scratchy even though I washed them with lots of fabric softener.
I absolutely love my new bedding! It's better than I expected! My bedroom is a perfect sanctuary now! I just purchased curtains that are a sage/olive color--and oh my gosh--perfect with this bedding.
i absolutley LOVE my quilt. i bought the cal king size..the colors are so pretty,old stained yellowish color with beautiful reddish colored flowers.the picture really should be updated,it is very misleading,its NOTHING close to white or cream color,,not even tea stained... i would say its more the color of CORNMEAL..i bought the quilt knowing it was yellowish because of the other reviews,so i knew what i was getting......i like that it comes with 2 king sized pillow shams and 2 bonus decorative throw pillows....i dont mind any small flaws in it since im handy with the needle and thread its not a big deal for such a great price..i can handle a few loose strings if they come up(none so far)...im looking for the country cottage shabby chic look anyways so for me it only adds character..flaws hard to spot because of the floral design and colors anyways.....as for the sheet set,i guess its nice that they are included,,nice to have on hand as extras and for someone wanting to buy everything all together.. a good cal king sheet set can be xpensive so ill use these until i can get a good quality set later,..they are very scratchy,even after washing and using a softner..,and not to be nitpicky,,but the sheets are a beige/tan type color which really doesnt match with the yellowish color of the quilt,and have some weird printed rose pattern on the edges,kinda cheapy looking... a bit mitchmatchy.....but i cant complain much,buy the set for the quilt itself,not the sheets.....plan on getting another sheet set later..anyways its going to look awesome when i get my country cottage wrought iron bed!!..,im giving the quilt, shams and throw pillows 5STARS but rate the sheet set a separate 2 to 2.5 stars......
Very pretty quilt. It is not too generous in size but that is what you get for the price you pay. The extra throw pillows are such a plus too. It makes a nice looking bed when put together. I have ordered the paneled curtains, and a throw quilt also to hang over the head of the bed to complete the room. Very nice over all. Just know the quilt doesn't hang very far down but like I said. I am happy to have it anyway for the price. It is WORTH IT and so pretty too.
This is by far the best buy I could find for a quilt set for my three-year-old daughter's room. Her room has been decorated in shabby chic since the crib. So we've got lots of "antiqued," "shabby," and "vintage" items. And her room is painted a pale pink and pale green stripe. This set fits right in. Lots of the reviews say that the background is yellow. I wouldn't call it yellow, but antiqued or tea-stained. The picture does appear lighter. But if you are on the fence about buying, go for it! I looked everywhere, in store and online, literally. I'm a cheapskate! :) But I like a bargain and this is the best buy out there.
I searched for this product all over the web and the closest price was $50.00 more than what I paid and it was never in stock. Beautiful set! Queen size perfect fit.
I saw this product online and I knew I had to get it! A 10-piece bedding set for that little price??! Target sells quilts alone for that much! I did my research and read the reviews, and was a little sad to see that it would not be a cream color BUT a slight yellowish color instead. I wanted it so much though that I decided to look past that, so I bought it. Shipping was FAST and less than a dollar, so that right there was a plus. It wasn't as yellow as I thought it would be once I saw it in person, but it's no cream color either. It's comfortable and softer than I thought it would be. HOWEVER, I would recommend getting another blanket to put under it because I was cold one night (and it's the summer time) just using the quilt. Come winter time, I KNOW I will need another blanket paired with the quilt. The other thing is the bedskirt is a little short.. hangs off the ground just a bit (and my bed isn't exactly high off the ground), but that's no biggie. Other than the yellowish color, the thinness of the quilt and the short bedskirt, I would say this is a great bed set for a great price. Thank you Wal-Mart!
