It will be unpacked, and the empty box and packing materials will be removed. You'll want to measure your doors, entryways and corners to make sure that your new TV will fit through or around them. Delivery includes moving the TV up or down 2 flights of stairs and 15 minutes of unpacking and assembly time. 15 minutes should be enough time if you have cleared the setup area in advance. Pilot Air Freight will call you to set up a 4-hour "window" for delivery Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Oversized items This is an oversized item. It is shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your address about 7 to 14 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address. You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will not take it inside. We recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the truck and move it to its final location. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear.
