A friend brought these to me when I recently sprained my ankle and my first impression was, "how cute!" They're bright and streamlined, and they easily adjusted to my shorter height. When I was finished with them, they fit easily into my closet. These take crutches to a whole new level. If you have to be on crutches.....these are the one's to have. I used them for 2 weeks/every day.....that's not an option below
What a wonderful new item! The Universal crutch is the best crutch out there by far. Finally! Here is a modern, well-designed version of the old, uncomfortable, bulky crutch. The Universal crutch adapted to my exact size with comfort and ease, and didn't hurt under my arms like the old type. It was so easy to travel with it, as it compacts to a convenient small size. Also, it looks great! I love the color and the sleek look. It really made a difference in how i felt. If you have to be on crutches, this is surely the way to go. I would recommend the universal crutch to everyone! Excellent product.
it's about time for a new crutch. the uni-crutch from carex offers some great improvements from regular old crutches. it is so simple to use! it's a wonder they haven't done it before. it feels very strong and solid. it compacts to a small size to easily stash or travel. adjustmens are easy and it offers more arm length options, every inch, compared to inch and a half of old crutches. it fits all sizes, so you can always find your size. it is good looking, too! the only drawback is that it's a bit heavier, but it is well balanced and solid and sure to the feel. i would strongly recommend this crutch to anyone in need.
Easy to use, easy to adjust, easy to transport, especally when flying (fits overhead). A bit expensive and a bit heavy. Wish it was a standard silver color.
I have never seen crutches designed like these before. The color is nice. They are a little heavier than other models but they are easy to put down when you get to where you're going. I did make a customization. I used bicycle hand grip tape to make the hand grips more comfortable.
This product was amazingly heavy and awkward. Spent the extra money and got a Millennial Crutch instead and loved it. The ease of use was significantly better. Additionally, the single choice of color was not great - unless you like blue - a lot.
