Needed a new iPad to replace my previous one (bought in 2008). This one did not disappoint! It is very thin and lightweight. An updated version of my old one. No complaints! Arrived sooner than quoted.

Thought i receiving a new product but instead got a used product/open product. Description did not state that before buying and when it arrived there was no plastic on product when to me means it was already bought and some returned. Nothing looked wrong with the product but would have been nice it stated that it was new, trust i wouldn't have purchased it.

The Ipad does not work. It came with ear puds that are not compatible with my purchase or any other device. This is the 2nd purchase I made to this seller and both had serious issues and do not work.
runs out of battery FAST. apps also run slow.
iPad didn't even come packages securely just in an envelop so screen was cracked. The screen protector was also shattered. The bundle didn't even come with a case when it stated it did. Returned it asap.
Placed order and over a week of preparing and multiple messages to seller with no reply , Walmart notified of delay of shipping and it hasn't even been prepared as of the proposed delivery date. Pour customer service . Requested cancellation today in hopes of refund being processed quickly to be able to go in person to a store and get this as a Christmas present. Thanks 2 day express 😤
