very impressed with my purchase. everything works and looks brand new, only thing is battery was at 86 percent which is fine for an older phone . everything showed as genuine parts so i'm super happy with it
i was skeptical at first but chose to give it a chance. when i first received i was a bit unsatisfied because both of my phones were supposed to have screen protectors and did not and had nocks such as like it fell and chipped off but nothing crazy but was a refurbished phone. however i reached out to the customer service and they were prompt and kind and gave me no hard time! my children love their phones and i have no complaints!
I recently ordered this item, the item fits the description, blue iPhone, mini unlocked. I Was able to take it to a carrier and they were able to set it up without issue. when I placed the order I did see the description note the phone is restored/refurbished, I didn’t see any option of quality or condition of the device so I guess that part was a roll of the dice. The hardware/phone does have scratches on the screen, and nix’s on the corners of the phone. honestly I did not expect to receive the phone with hardware bruises However it is bought second had and the phone seems to be working as it should, it’s only been less than 24hrs so only time will tell but right now that’s the most important factor for me.
I bought two, one in black and the other in blue. The black one looked presentable. You can tell it has been used, however it was good enough to keep. Now far as the blue one?! Nope. It had multiple scratches and one of the edges had sharp dings on it. It looked like the last owner dropped it. This definitely was very disappointing bc it was a Christmas gift. When my son opened it he was happy but when he saw the scratches he was like “ uhhh what’s up with the scratches?” I couldn’t help but laugh bc I already knew. I sent the blue back and kept the black one. I read the last reviews and I took my chances and I wasn’t surprised that I was disappointed bc I knew better from the reviews. The shipping was fast because I ordered the phones December 21 and got them Dec 23. The black one works pretty good and my other son was happy. The other phone….I SENT THAT SUCKA RIGHT BACK! Not worth the $300
My phone arrived today. This vendor claims “At least 80% minimum battery life guaranteed…” it came with a battery health of 74%, and even generates a message saying, “battery needs service.” These guys are a racket. They paid whoever turned this in $75 and they're selling it for almost $300 and they do nothing but clean it up a bit. No new battery, no return, nothing. Very, very disappointed. Not surprised, other reviewers have noted their phones arrived with 73-74-76% battery life.
I bought two of the same phones from this seller, and they were delivered with numerous scratches from the sides to the camera. I usually purchase unlocked used phones from Walmart, but this has been my worst experience. The seller advertised the phones as grade A in excellent condition, but sent grade D phones with multiple scratches.
First off when I purchase phones they are in boxes but placed inside some type of bubble wrapped package. This phone wasn't, it was placed in a box and the box was placed in a flat Fed ex flat envelope fit for letters and not bulky items that need protection. The phone is not labeled accordingly, it has visible scratches at the bottom of the screen when based on the grade it should NOT have any on the screen. There wasn't a clear cover for me to peel off. I don't think if it was on the condition would've made a difference. The frame has major dents on both upper sides of the phone. This is the first time I purchased a refurbished phone and it hadn't been reset. I powered it on and was able to swipe up and the phone started, no one is signed in but a screenshot was taken July 30th I placed the online order Aug. 2nd. The ironic part is there is a card at the bottom of the box that states “you will not get a full refund unless you erase all contents in the iPhone or iPad before you return it” but yet they didn't follow their own instructions. WORST PART- the battery capacity is at 76%. Based on “Like New” it should be less than 80%. The phone states that it will still work but recommend it gets replaced. I will be returning and finding another vendor. I feel like the phone was sitting in a drawer and when I order can through instead of them powering the phone on and making sure it matched the order they just through it in the box.
Well an in house phone guy said “it's fair condition at best and you should return it.” You can feel an almost serrated edge. Sold as “like new” But I don't have the time nor patience to deal with a return so one star and I move on with my life. *walmart employee*
DO NOT PURCHASE. This phone was NOT refurbished, it was a used phone with lots of scratches and defects, it was a very ugly phone, with screen damage and a battery at 84% (Apple recommends changing the battery when it’s below 90%). Terrible purchase.
I recently purchased this phone for my son, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Shortly after setting it up, we received a notification about the battery's health being significantly degraded. This crucial detail was NOWHERE to be found in the product description, and had I known, I wouldn't have proceeded with the purchase. Now, I am faced with the inconvenience of having to pay $89 for the battery to be replaced, not to mention the 5-9 days wait time. Extremely disappointed with this unexpected and costly surprise. Buyers please beware!
