Got the phone today, everything worked great on it. Tried to set it up like a normal prepaid phone, was then told that Apple does not allow anything under iPhone 6 to be used as a phone. Which stinks, but I guess I should've looked it up before buying. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Also the product is not returnable at the store.
I am thinking about getting this phone but I don't know if it comes with a sum card or not it doesn't say.If it does have one I will get the phone if not I wont get it.
I ordered an iPhone 5 s, a phone case and purchased and extended warranty plan online. I received my items in the mail, no paperwork enclosed. No information on the 50.00 warranty I purchased. Not a happy customer. The phone works great right now but in the future if I have an issue I don't have any contact information regarding the warranty.
We received the phone, got it set up and used it for about a week. Then the phone would not turn back on despite multiple attempts to charge the phone. When I contacted Quick Wireless about returning it, they told me that unless I removed all passcodes and emails setup, they would not refund me for the product. How can you remove a passcode or email if you can't turn it on? I am not happy about their service.
I bought iphone 5s on walmart.com from a third party name quick wireless located in Los Angeles. I received the iphone and it was all beat up , the only thing is that it works ok. still trashy to me. be careful who you deal with because WALMART is not AMAZON.
This seller has been miserable to work with. They sent me a defective product and I had to return it twice and then they wanted to charge me 20% "restocking fee" because they claimed that I changed my mind. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Walmart to try and get the 20% refunded.
Purchased this phone for my daughter and it would not allow her to make calls or receive calls. We took the phone to an Apple store and representative confirmed the phone was faulty. I plan on returning the phone asap for a full refund.
