I bought this iphone for my husband for xmas 6mos ago. It came in a new sealed box. It worked great but it recently has been giving him problems, when he records videos there is no volume and now the only way you could hear the person on the other line is with headphones.
the phone came without an apple box, no earbuds, no manual, no screen protectors, nothing. wondering if this is even a new phone? it seems in good shape, but like it was erased or factory reset. hoping this will work itself out.
I want to return this iPhone. But the store manager not allows me to because the upc number on the box doesn't match the upc number in the system. Online say the phone is new. The box is not sealed with plastic wrap. It just taped with two big round tapes. I can't tell the phone is new or preowned. the box is kind of dirty and doesn't look brand new. I didn't turn it yet because when I open the box and when I want to return right away. The upc on the pickup slip is 885909771158. But the upc on box is 885909728176. After I google the number shows this one is demo phone. Real iphone 5 s upc should be 885909771158. This phone is shipped from JEG&SONS inc and then to Walmart. Is smartphone wholesale company. I lost my money and get fake phone. too bad online receipt never shows the upc number. i don't know what to do with this phone. is my first time but iPhone.
The battery wouldn't stay for even a day and had very poor service.
