I bought this mainly as a step counter, but was amazed that it came with hundreds of other features and at such a great price. I can't wait to get into all kinds of fitness shenanigans my new Apple Watch.
This is my first Apple Watch, so I can say it's easier to figure out than I expected. Easy to use, easy controls, can easily text, call, etc. The walkie talkie option is amazing! I work with my SO and we use it to communicate across the building and even from home to work when one of us is off! I purchased one for myself and one for him as a Christmas gift and we couldn't be happier!
Its an amazing design accurate thorough and keeps up your health fitness goals. Very convenient for texting or calling when at work , busy, or exercising. The only dislike was the screen which was too small for me and also it's only GPS not cellular. So I'm upgrading to a series 7 or 8 with GPS cellular
I have a problem with the payment, since I bought the hearing aids on March 17 and I was charged a few dollars more and well there is not that much of a problem there, but after almost 2 weeks I was charged again and I would like a refund the amount, since it is not like that
I feel like the watch that I received was already opened before I got a chance to open it, it was not sealed properly and the paper that protects the watch itself was already broken. Also the band that was given to me was for series 9. Can I get a replacement? This is a gift for my dad.
Don't buy online and have them delivered to you bc it going to get stolen, the picture that I put, it's the picture that they send me saying my watch was delivered but in the picture it's only showing my house and not the item where exactly was left at. And I can't get I refund.
The (required) pickup process to get this item was ridiculous. I parked in an open pickup spot, entered in the app that I arrived and then waited. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked up to the warehouse to see what was taking so long. To my surprise, half a dozen other customers were doing the same thing, some saying they had been waiting for over an hour to receive their items. I continued to exercise patience because I know the associates are doing their best, but Walmart as a corporation needs to know how absurd the pickup process is at their Laurel, MD location so that someone in power makes a positive change. If having to wait far too long for a singular item were my only concern, I wouldn't write this review. But things got worse. Unfortunately, after examining my item more thoroughly once I got home from Walmart, I recognized I had the completely wrong watch. The watch size, band size and color were all different than what I ordered. It is so frustrating to spend time waiting for an item only for that item to be incorrect. Worse, that item is no longer available and I'll only be able to get a refund now. I am exceedingly disappointed in Walmart. If you want to avoid a similar ordeal, don't bother ordering for pickup from the Laurel, MD location.
I was supposed to receive it today and what a surprise, I received all others items on my order but not the Apple Watch what is supposed to be a Christmas gift. Customer services did not helped me at all. Never had a bad experience before with Walmart. So disappointed! .
I dislike Walmarts customer Service skills I have proof that my package was stolen and the best they can do is tell me is call my bank, No redelivery No reimbursement nor nothing I will not order nothing else from Walmart that has Value if they are going to leave their consumers to be without and also have there UNTRAINED DELIVERY Drivers Not be held accountable for where they decided to leave the packages at regardless of what Notes say they don't pay attention or care enough to secure peoples Packages Knowing that People steal
I ordered this watch and it was stolen during transit. They delivered an empty box to my home that had clearly been tempered with. I called customer service and the man I spoke to stated he had 3 other calls about this same thing. Empty box that had been tempered with. Walmart would not send a replacement so I lost out on the great Black Friday deal I purchased it at. They did refund my $$ but I now have to figure out a different option. I will not purchase something like this again online at Walmart. I should know better.
