My husband has used this for years. At one point, he thought it wasn't doing anything and he was already taking a vitamin supplement. He stopped using it and in less than 2 weeks I noticed the change in him. He lost some of his stamina. I told him that I thought he needed to resume the use and almost immediately he picked back up. I really think this works for him. It didn't do much for me however. So I would say try it, stop, see if it works for you.
Energy, skin tone .it has many things needed to slow up the aging process.
I only used the full product one time, so I really can't evaluate it of how it would help me, unless I could and would use it on a continuous basis. Maybe, at a later time, I will order it again.
I've bought & taken 3 bottles of these. I feel pretty good, but I felt okay before I started taking them. I don't think they're too big to swallow, as another reviewer said. They are fairly large, but I've seen/taken much larger pills, plus these have a soft shell which makes them easier to swallow. I'm going to try something else to see if I get better results. If not, I'll go back to these.
Anti-Aging??? My wife is a fan. I am very skeptical.

way too large-- how do you expect Seniors to swallow these. very disappointed, waste of money. Have to pitch, cannot swallow. size should say large or extra large.
Do not use this item it is on the proposition 65 list and has an high dosage of tinainum dioxide and lead it may cause cancer and other health problems
