Thawing: Thaw overnight in bag in refrigerator, or place vacuum sealed inner bag under cold water for 12-15 minutes. Safe Handling: Do not refreeze thawed fish; store in refrigerator and use within two days. Fish is cooked when it appears opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking: Thaw before cooking. Pan Fry: Preferred method. In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1-2 teaspoons of oil or butter over medium heat. Season fillet with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place fillet on a non-stick baking sheet, brush with oil or melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
