A daytime phone number is required for the freight company to call you for delivery arrangements (this will be the number on your Walmart account). A physical address is required. We cannot ship spas to PO boxes or APO. Walmart’s estimated shipping/delivery dates are only estimates and can vary. The delivery date provided on Walmart is the date the spa is expected to arrive at the local freight station…not at your home! The local station is required to set an appointment with the customer for final delivery, so that date will be dependent on the customer. Due to size, these items must be shipped via truck w/ liftgate. Most residential addresses are accessible but locations which are not accessible by tractor-trailer, or which require extra handling may be subject to additional charges.
