I look forward to a relaxing Epson Salt bath. It helps me to relax and fall asleep. I use a cap of this and a cup of regular unscented Equate Epson Salts. What an additional treat my regular ES baths! Love it! My bathroom smells wonderdul too!
I take A LOT of baths. Usually at least one a day and I mix epsom salt with bubble bath. I am used to using Dr. Teals bath salts, but decided to try this out and I am in love. It has a wonderful smell and I love the container that I can use later.
