I have a 2004 F250 6.0 with 137000 miles. I first started having stickiness issues around 120000 miles. Started using archoil AR9100. In 200-300 miles the miss I had at low RPM's stopped and the smoke on start up quit. My MPG's went up a little and the sluggish takes offs got better. Low end power is better. I didn't seem to lose to much on the top end so nothing to noticeable there. I normally change my oil every 5000 so on the 3 oil change with the arch oil I was going to go 8000. At 7000 miles on the oil and archoil I started getting a miss again at low speeds and smoke on start up. I just changed the oil and added some more archoil. We will see if it stiction or if I have bigger issues. $44 is way cheaper than new injectors. Definitely worth a try.
Very good stuff for diesels
The oil additive and gas treatment virtually eliminated the stiction on my 6.0 diesel.
I was skeptical at first but thought I'd give it a chance. Put it in my powerstroke and within about 20 miles noticed a big difference. Smoother running, smoother idle, quicker starting time. I'm a fan.
