This Arctic King Portable Air Conditioner with Heat is wonderful! This nifty unit has 4 Functions - Air Conditioner, Fan, Heater and Dehumidifier. The dehumidifier is equal to an 86 pint unit. The set up was so easy it only took about 10 min. If you want to use the Arctic King in only one window, you can use the strip of sponge with sticky on the back to seal up the window from letting air in or out. Next you just put the square metal piece in the window, shut the window down, attach the hose to the hole in the window, and lastly attach the other end of the hose to the Arctic King Air Conditioner. Easy Peasy! So once I had it all hooked up I was so ready to see how powerful it blew. Whoa, this unit really does the job! Immediately the room was cool and it was blowing so strong. This unit is quiet also. You could barely hear it running. This wouldn't be a problem in a bedroom with trying to sleep at all. This is a perfect solution to an area that just doesn't get enough air or heat. Whether it's an addition on the house or never had it to begin with, you can count on this unit to keep a large area comfortable. The slick thing is you don't even have to be there to control it. You can connect the Air Conditioner to WiFi and control it on your phone from anywhere you are. Whether you are across the room or at work you can change the settings. That's great if you leave and forget to turn it down while you're gone! It also comes with a remote control to use from across the room or you can use the easy controls on top of the unit to control it. You can not only control the temperature but you can also control the fan speed. It cools or heats a large area of 450 square feet! If you have a virtual assistant device like Google Assistant it is capable of responding to voice commands and it also has a sleep mode and 24 hour timer. What didn't they think of??!!! It comes with a one year warranty. This Arctic King unit is super easy to move. It has 4 wheels and rolls very easily. I would highly recommend this Arctic Air Conditioner!!!

It heats or cools a room up to 450 square foot. it is also capable of using voice commands like virtual assistant Google Assistant. It comes with a remote. It's sturdy well-made. It's on wheels so you can move it around. This works really well. It cools a room they gets afternoon sun and works perfectly. This ring used to be unbearable with the heat but now I'm actually looking forward to Summer. it cools more than this room I can open the door and let it cool a additional rooms but when the door is shut it really keeps us when warm are cool depending on the heat setting on using. I like that you can have just a fan going. I love this it's a great addition and it's going to be something that I use a lot. It's well-made has good easy to follow instructions and was easy to hook up.
This item is not the simplest to set up but NOT difficult by far. It is easy install in any window and has all its own pieces for it. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is a very powerful item and has both warmth and cold as needed. It dehumidifiers also whoch is amaizing in those super humid days where you are just uncomfortable. I have an open plan living room to the stairs and kitchen and it is still powerful enough to keep everywhere cool. I am very impressed and very happy to have it. It is not noisey so it does not disrupt watching the tv or anything.

I recently received the “Arctic King 10,000 BTU Wi-Fi Smartphone Compatible Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Pump and Remote Control, WPPD10HW0N, Black.” This machine is AMAZING! I've had the chance to test both the air conditioning part and the heater part and both have worked incredibly! At first the set up seemed a little overwhelming when looking at the instruction booklet but once you actually sit down and start doing it it was really easy. I really like that this comes with an adjustable window slider so that it really is able to fit any window. I also love the fact that I don't have to worry about any bugs coming in the house. This machine can cool or heat a room sized up to 450 feet and has worked perfectly. The wheels are an excellent feature too because this machine is pretty heavy. The look of this Arctic King is so nice! Gone are the days of having the old school window unit that was loud and bulky. The wheels allow us to roll this unit anywhere around the house that needs it. The remote control was pretty great too! The electronic buttons are so easy to use and see that my kids have mastered working everything!
This is a great system, It is very easy to setup taking about 15 minutes. You simply take it out of the box and follow simple instructions to vent it out of a window. It is even on wheels so it's easy to move into another room. The unit also has heat so it can be used all year. The unit has a remote so you don't even need to get up to turn it up or down and it also works with WiFi with your phone. This is great as you can turn it on before you get home and walk into a cool or warm room. This is for large rooms says up to 450 sq feet but I find it cools my entire house. I haven't used it yet but it also has a timer that can be set up to 24 hours so it can be set so when you come home from work the house is cool. It also works with Alexa! I almost can't wait for summer as this also has a Dehumidifier! I am in love with this unit it's sooooo much better than my old portable AC unit as it does a lot more.
I was surprised at how big this piece was. It is easy to put together what few things that needs to be put on the unit. We haven't had Hot weather around here yet to really test it out as far as AC goes, but I did try it out and it most definitely puts out some cold, cold air! I also see why it has to be vented out a window. When you are using the AC part it vents out some pretty warm air that you wouldn't want coming back into your room, same goes with the heat setting, then it vents out some darned cold air. I did try out the heat setting in my garage one particular cold day for just a few minutes to see how well the heat was going to work and in an 11.5 x 32 foot space it raised the temp. by 3 degrees in just 10 minutes. To me that was pretty good. Our temps have been pretty mild right now so I haven't really had a big NEED to use it so once it starts heating up more I will be checking it out further, but as of right now I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it. I like the fact that it is an AC unit, and Heat unit, but I didn't realize when I ordered it that it was also a de-humidifier which from the sounds of it this next week I'll get to check it out too because it's supposed to be pretty humid for a few days. I like the location and ease of use of the controls. Having a remote control that is fairly easy to understand as well makes it even better.
This thing is total crap. I turn this on in the room it was 76°. It is now 82. Not only does it not cool the room the temperature has been slowly rising over the past two hours. I bought this in hopes of using one central air unit versus two as this is a converted loft. The ceilings aren't even standard height across the room due to the Gables of the roofline. Save your money. Definitely recommend buying something else. Absolutely going back to Walmart. Just FYI the outside temperature is 91.
