Stays on windshield, bracket has multiple clips which allowed me to position phone where I needed it to be.
recently I bought windshield/ dash car mount. its really nice and more than I thought. I can use it for everything. its universal.
Great dashmount! I was a bit worried that it would fall off because its a suction cup, however it hasn't come off once and it's surprisingly sturdy. Thought I might need two hand to put the phone in the mount but I don't. There is no need to hold the base, also the different length feet that grip the phone will mean if I change phones the mount will still work. The swivel feature is nice, although I use it less than expected. Overall great item, don't hesitate for this one, and it looks great on the dash of my Mountaineer.
Short neck so its better if you dont have to reach far like i do, but its so convenient, and the best 10 bucks ive spent in a while ive had a lot of these things and this is by far the best.
I have a large phone and this item works well . Holds to the windshield and able to hold my phone.
I would have given this 5 stars if the clips held the phone a little better. I am using an Otter phone protector that adds some weight to my Droid Bionic. It does slip out of the clips at times. It mounts well and adjusts fine. Wish the grip was a little better. For a lighter phone it may work better.
I have a Droid Razr Max HD and this mount will not open up enough to hold my phone.
