I liked the “Clean” name and anything simple. I was very impressed for something named Simple. I need something to work because that's what it's there to do and A&H really did. Now I know I can buy A&H with confidence.

I got to try Crisp and clean scent which is mild but still has a good scent in it. It has pure baking soda which is very effective in cleaning clothes. This detergent is meant for all HE and all kinds of other washing machine. I loved it cleaned my clothes and the clothes looked very fresh.The scent is mild but still very good.I could smell a little of hint of baking soda in the detergent itself. But after washing the clothes there is no smell of baking soda on the clothes.One day I forgot to put my apron while cooking so I got some stains on that shirt.So, except one very stubborn stain on my shirt all the other stains got cleaned.

I've used it for whites, sheets & towels, throw rugs, regular everyday laundry & my husband's extra dirty work laundry. I love the scent that lingers in our clothes after washing & I love that this detergent doesn't have a lot of unnecessary chemicals. It worked very well on all of my laundry with the exception of the dirty work clothes. It didn't them as clean as the detergent that I usually use (A&H with OxiClean 3-in-1 power paks). I will continue to use Clean & Simple on most of our laundry but will stick with the power paks for the really dirty grimy clothes.
