I love this stuff. I only get sick about once a year, and my nose is the first thing to go. Which usually makes for tough sleep. But I can use this product to help and I also use it during the day! I spray once in each nostril and I am clear for a really long time. LOVE IT.
I have suffered with seasonal allergies for years and get regular allergy injections. However, the dry weather winters are brutal in NJ on my nasal cavities and I tend to get at least one sinus infection each winter. I've used a neti pot off and on for several years and that has helped somewhat. However, I decided to try the saline spray and in less than one week, my nose isn't dry anymore and I don't wake up with any "crusty" formations in the morning. I use it once at night and then again in the morning. I can't believe I've suffered this long without trying this product. Also, this is SO much faster and easier to use than the neti pot and there's no cleanup afterwards.
I cannot say enough about this product! Simply saline is a godsend for my nasal passages! (Nothing else on the market has helped also, it actually made it worse). But simply saline is the only thing that helps to heal my sinus troubles.
I get really stuffy during the night and this is convenient and works so well. Now, I don't have to go through the whole neti pot routine in the middle of the night. The eucalyptus helps me breathe easier and keeps my nasal passages open.
Just trying this for the first time. I like it and it is soothing to me. May not work for everyone but it works for me.

I just tried the Simply Saline Extra Strength Nighttime Formula with Eucalyptus and it cleared my congestion in seconds! I can breathe through my nose for the first time in weeks! I had been trapped in the Medicated Nose Spray cycle having to use more and more to get results and ending up with Rebound Congestion, but this Extra Strength Nighttime Formula is fantastic. I will be able to sleep tonight for the first time in a long while! Thank You!
For years we used 4Way menthol saline but it was discontinued. We believe using saline spray is a healthy choice. We were so glad to find Arm
I expected it to be stronger than the regular simply saline, but it wasn't it. didn't last as long either. Very disappointed!
I not like it it burns and stings it may be good to other people but I not buy again I used regular one
