Look around, you'd be hard pressed to find a watch that looks this good for under $20 (shipping inclusive). The band is seemingly durable. I also like the countdown feature. As a referee, that aspect is crucial for my needs.
Bought this watch for work-I am a bus driver-so it is not like my line of work is rough on watches. Anyway I got this watch because its large display seemed like it would be ideal for my line of work. After about a month, the buttons stopped responding-no light, and cannot reset for DST. What a hunk of trash. I will never buy Armitron garbage again. I should have gotten either a Casio or Timex-you know something that actually works as it is supposed to. Steer clear of this and all Armitron products. If you are ever given one for a gift, either return it and use the credit for a real watch, or toss it and save yourself a lot of disappointment.
