This is as close to fresh as it gets! When adding to a cooked dish this works perfect and no worries that it will go bad before using😊
It tastes like wilted greenery, lemon, vinegar, and olive oil. It does NOT taste like cilantro. It doesn't even smell like cilantro.
Didn't smell like cilantro whatsoever but more like musty old olive oil. Not A Worthy Substitute For Fresh Cilantro...which is why I tried this and it's honestly, really awful.
