Love the adjustable compartment'. Easy to use. Can seemcontents without having to open box. Latches are a little stiff, but assume that over time and use, will soften a little bit. It seems that because the compartment walls go up to touch lid, contents for over into each other. Just watch the dividers as the can slide up a tad, which then allows contents to mix from bottom of compartment to their neighbor compartment. Otherwise, these are great! Bought 1 then bought 2 more. Great for storing craft supplies, jewelry making supplies or small hardware. Currently, I am storing different paint pens for my crafts and leather projects
