I just LOVE this desk - it's exactly what I had been looking for. It is well designed, lovely finish, nice and heavy (ergo not flimsy) and matches perfectly the Mission style bookcases in my library. AND: it took me 15 minutes to put together, very easy, simple directions included. Tip for future buyers of this great desk: don't bother with the cute little included wrench. A Philips screwdriver went much, much faster after the first bolt up in the corner! Only flaw (and no big deal): there were not the two pre-bored holes for the wood screws to go into for securing the Stretcher.
Love the all wood construction. Desk was almost completely assembled, just had to put the legs on. Shipping eas very fast, arriving within days of my placing the order.
Before buying this desk I read the reviews written by others. Mostly good, but some people made it sound like bolts didn't line up and you needed a carpenter's shop to assemble it. Having a shop, I thought I would be able to fix anything that wasn't right, so I went ahead and ordered it. It went together easily, every bolt lined up properly. I glued the joints just cuz. If the whole assembly took 20 minutes I'd be surprised (unpacking time and assembly of tools included). They give you extra screws and bolts and a cute little wrench I didn't use. The packaging was well thought out and protected everything in transit and the desk didn't have any damage. The desk is all wood but it is not all solid oak (or you wouldn't be able to buy it for this price). It's a good value for the money and I would recommend it. For us, it will be perfect for my husband's radios and fit in a small spot we had.

I bought this desk for my teenage son. The construction is very solid and the desk is well constructed. Took my husband about 10 minutes to attach the legs and put the drawers in. Very easy to put together. The color of the wood stain was a little more cherry than I was looking for to match my son's medium brown oak bedroom set. It looked a little more brown online, but the tone still works in the room. Not a big fan of the black hardware knobs for the drawers, but those can be easily replaced with ones that match his other hardware. All in all, I was worried that the desk would be cheaply made for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and solid it is. Not at all like other put together box furniture.
We are downsizing our home and I now have to have my office in the guest bedroom so did not want a large desk. Just something to sit my laptop and a drawer or 2 for pens, etc. This was the perfect size as many desks I looked at were too long.
Very nice desk for a limited space application. I would sacrifice a couple of inches of drawer depth for more leg room under the deak.
Beautiful style. Came quickly and packed well. HUGE crack and gash on one side. We didn't see it until it was already put together.. Not sure what to do. There was no way it wasn't seen before packing.
I am quite disappointed in this purchase. The desk assembled easily, but the quality is poor. The drawer fronts are very rough with the trim off center. Even the holes for the pulls were in the wrong place. Also one drawer rail was out of alignment so when the two drawers are closed one is lower than the other. Looks really bad.
